Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity seals remain intact and attached.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
